As previously announced the Albanian School of Political Studies organized a seminar on October 8th at 17:30 on "The social protection and insurance schemes in Europe and in the region, comparative approaches as well as measures on how to develop and implement functional social protection and insurance schemes in Albania ". The seminar was moderated by CoE experts.  The seminar started with a presentation of the Council of Europe , integrity of states and the European Institutions.   An important topic of presentation were the social security instruments, the differences among them (standard settings and coordination instruments, the Albanian and international law, the control mechanism of social security systems, the protection of vulnerable groups, identifications, of problematic area in order to give adequate suggestions to the government .  The participants in the seminar agreed that in countries like Albania , the success of reforms in the social security system depends on the political stability or instability.
