Signed the MoU on Leadership Academy's accreditation
A Memorandum of Understanding for accrediting the Leadership Academy Program (LAP) was signed today between Mr. Claus Neukirch, head of the Council of Europe office in Tirana, Mr. Fatmir Demneri, Director of the Albanian School of Public Administration and Mr. Erjon Tase, director of the Academy of Political Studies.
Call for application for the Leadership Academy
The Albanian School of Public Administration and the Academy of Political Studies, open the call for applications for the "Leadership Academy Program" (LAP), addressing local government authorities, who will undergo a three-stage training focused at leadership based on the 12 principles of good governance of the Council of Europe.

Local servants awarded with certificated in cooperation with ASPA
Over 120 employees of Local Government Units attended and were certified at the end of the training program organized by the Academy of Political Studies in cooperation with the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) in the period 2016-2017. The programme aimed to further increase the knowledge and leadership skills of these professionals through various training activities.
Swiss ambassador address awareness messages for first time voters
Today, the Swiss ambassador Mr. Christoph Graf and Mrs. Zamira Gjini, director of pre-university education at the Ministry of Education and Sports, attended a voting exercise at Asim Vokshi High School in Tirana. They were also invited to address some sensitizing messages for high school graduates who will vote for the first time in the June 25th elections.
Head of the Council of Europe attends the 2017 first time voters campaign
The Head of the Council of Europe Office in Tirana, Claus Neukirch, attended today a voting exercise of the "Ismail Qemali" senior high school students in Tirana. The exercise was organized within the framework of a project of the Academy of Political Studies for the education of first-time voters for the 25 June elections.
European Integration in the focus of the third course of the School
The third national course of ASPS on “Albania and the trends of European integration” was held in Durres from 5-7 May 2017. The objective of this course was to provide the participants with substantial knowledge on the EU and the European integration process, in order to help them better understand Albania’s challenges in its path towards the EU.
