Training sessions on labor market orientation are taking place during the months of May-June with students of public and private universities in Tirana, Durrės, Vlora, Shkodėr, Elbasan, Korēė and Gjirokastėr. Up to 70 students and young people who have just entered the labor market will be mentored in the following months by alumni of the Academy of Political Studies, professionals of various profiles in administration, business and civil society in different cities of the country.
Through these informative and training sessions, it is intended that around 225 students will increase their capacity to write a cover letter, properly present their experience in a CV, increase their preparation for a job interview and create an orientation for their career. related to their education and talent. All students involved in these trainings are invited to apply and become part of the group that will be further mentored to start a job in their cities in administration, business, civil society organizations and anywhere else. By guiding the start of a professional career as well as thanks to mentoring, it is intended to create the right environment for young people to build their careers in their homeland after completing their studies.
The project "Together to develop a career in Albania" is implemented by the Academy of Political Studies with the financial support of the National Youth Agency and the Minister of State for Youth and Children within the second Call for Youth projects.
