Participants and alumni of the School held an open session with one of the most famous Swiss politicians and a good friend of Albanians in Switzerland, Mr. Andreas Gross. The discussion about the challenges of democracy in Europe and active participation of citizens on decision-making was very interesting for the participants. The debate was focused also on the transitional democracy in Albania, thanks to the experience of Mr.Gross as observer in several elections in our country in the role of chairman of the socialist group of the Parliamentary Assemble of the Council of Europe. Mr. Gross praised the high level of discussion and encouraged participants to continue their commitment on the main reforms in the country. The meetings with alumni are an additional possibility for the prominent guests to receive professional and balanced opinions on the development of the country.
