APS provides expertise on research and development of public documents with the aim of facilitating the dialogue on issues of public concern related to the democratic and integration processes in the country. During the past four years APS organised a number of activities with central and local authorities and other relevant stakeholders in order to encourage the legislative reforms in the energy sector and ensure the ground for their implementation. The documents published recently by the Academy are part of this commitment for a sustainable development of energy and the public participation on energy efficiency policies.  The "Need Assessment of energy use in the regions of Pogradec and Korca”, the “Regional Platform for Action for the sustainable use of energy in bordering areas Albania – Macedonia” and “A guide book on participating in the creation of public policies on energy efficiency”, are actually available on the Publication section of the webpage. We hope these documents might serve to increase the awareness and encourage the sustainable development of the energy sector in our country.
