The fourth seminar on the "European justice - Albania and the European Court of Human Rights" was held in Tirana on 11 April 2015. The keynote speaker was Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, chairman of the Supreme Court of Albania and lecturer of international public and human rights law in the Public University of Tirana.  "The role of the European Court of Human Rights and its effect in the national legislation" was the starting point for this seminar. Last years, Albania is facing with several decision of the ECHR on the propriety right compensation, decisions which oblige the Albanian government with a financial obligation estimated over than of 50 billion Euro. The problematic and some solutions were debated during the seminar.  The participants expressed interest for the thematic due to the practical approach through the examination of some real decisions of Constitutional and Supreme Court. The seminar also analyzed the existing constitutional mechanisms guaranteeing the implementation of separation of powers and problems of co-habitation of legislative, executive and judiciary powers and independence of the judiciary in Albania.
