With the aim to prepare the need assessments in four regions under the focus of the project IPA CBC "Initiative to enhance public dialogue on sustainable use of energy", a set of questionnaires for energy consumption in household and local bossiness was prepared aiming to gather relevant information. The two experts Mr. Erind Kraja and Mr. Zlatko Simonovski, engaged in the project, prepared the questionnaire models and also the methodology for the interviews process and more details on procedures and further steps on analyzing the collected information.More than 600 questionnaires were conducted in Korça and Pogradec in Albania. Until the end of February there have been conducted 300 questionnaires for each region (600 in total) through direct interviews, divided 200 for households and 100 for small businesses. Meanwhile in Macedonia the survey was based in a greater number of questionnaires, but in a different approaching methodology using 1.200 phone interviews in Bitola and Kicevo.  Formal meetings were conducted also with local representatives, media, CSOs and community. Thanks to this survey, the two experts submitted a sets of recommendations based on which will be focused the intervention.
