Moscow School of Civic Education (MSCE) will organise on 23-25 April 20124 the federal seminar under the title "Citizenship as a responsible freedom" that will be held in Golitsyno, Moscow region. The organisers of this special event for MSCE graduates of different years have also planned a quota for foreign participants from School of Political Studies from different countries. The seminar will bring together about 120 participants – representatives of the NGO sector, regional and municipal officials, mass media professionals, lawyers, entrepreneurs, educators and other young leaders for three days of discussion, debate and networking on political, economic, social and cultural issues. Attached you can find the draft programme of the event. MSCE provides participants with accommodation for 4 nights including all meals, local transfer to/from the venue. The working languages of the seminar are Russian and English. MSCE doesn't cover any travel expenses. The deadline for application is 20th of March 2014.
