On May 14, 2010  the students of the ASPS had a study visits in the Municipality of Kamza In the framework of its study visits, the students of the Albanian School of Political Studies on May 14, 2010 visited the Municipality of Kamza, one of the six biggest municipalities in Albania.  The municipality of Kamza represents 87,000 inhabitants and covers approximately 22 km2.  The ASPS students and staff paid a visit in the offices of the municipality, in the reception center and the One Stop Shop, and were then received by the Mayor of Kamza, Mr. Xhelal Mziu.  The students were presented with information on the collection and management of the municipality budget, the quality of the services and the use of the electronic techniques, the partnership between the local and central government, the strategic investments of the municipality, the transparency systems in the use of funds, the inclusion of the community in the decision making process and in the implementation of the projects, etc.
