The Albanian School of Political Studies will organize the diploma ceremony for the academic year 2007 at Tirana International Hotel, on 24 November 2007 at 10:00h. The ceremony will be addressed by the Albanian President Bamir Topi, Mr Jean Louis Laurens, the Director General for Democracy and Politcal Affairs of the Council of Europe and Ambasador Helmut Lohan, Head of the EC Delegation in Albania.
