    The aim of this course was to provide relevant knowledge on the political  communication, institutionalism and democracy vs. informality and corruption and elections in democracy.                         Objectives of the course

• Provide relevant knowledge on political processes and institutions;
• Analyze the way institutions function in transition
• Understand the role of the groups of interest, public opinion in democratization and decision-making processes
• Understand and analyze the electoral systems
• Understand the organization and functioning of political parties in post-communist countries
• Explore the causes and evolution of informality and corruption and measures to combat them
