The Albanian School of Public Administration and the Academy of Political Studies, open the call for applications for the "Leadership Academy Program" (LAP), addressing local government authorities, who will undergo a three-stage training focused at leadership based on the 12 principles of good governance of the Council of Europe. At the end of the training, participants will be certified by the Center of Expertise of the Council of Europe and the Albanian School of Public Administration, based on the official credit system.


The deadline for submitting the application is on 16 February 2018 at 16:00.
